Project Manager
Erin Carmina
Erin’s diverse and nuanced background includes positions as an archaeologist, research assistant, office manager, event planner, fundraiser, project manager, student, and volunteer.
The most rewarding shared commonality Erin has found through these various roles and experiences is when she’s put in a position to help others succeed.
Erin co-founded a boutique commercial real estate company, Build Up Buffalo, where for four years she and her business partner coached small businesses and startups on how to navigate a lease and find the space that fit their needs and budgets.
As Project Coordinator, Erin is charged with collaborating between our departments, teams and clients to ensure successful completion of each project. Armed with project management software, a litany of spreadsheets and an unwavering attention to detail, Erin delegates job responsibilities among team members to ensure customer and business success.
Outside of work, Erin works with the Buffalo Niagara River Land Trust to help them build their fundraising strategies, in an effort to bring land back to the community. Her hobbies include a variety of crafting, enjoying time with friends and family, and aspires to play the drums. She and her husband love to listen to music and cook together using a collection of her grandmother’s old recipes, and are the proud parents of Champion (a dog that is really a muppet), and two troublemaking cats, Lady and Arty.
