Project Manager
Kristen Cavalleri
Kristen is our Project Manager, working to help make everyone successful by keeping the team organized and on schedule. She graduated from Niagara University (‘16) with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications studying marketing, media literacy, video production, and photography. Kristen has worked at multiple marketing agencies in the Buffalo area, focusing on account management, project management, traditional and digital marketing, and public relations.
Kristen believes that the best way to accomplish project management is to understand people. She also believes knowing the needs of Renoun’s employees, clients, and the company as a whole, is vital to everyone’s success.
Kristen looks to work with our people and listen to their needs so that she can help everyone work together to accomplish the task at hand. Not everyone shares the same working style and needs, so she brings the personal touch to each situation by addressing people and the situation based on their specific needs.
Outside of work, Kristen spends her time indulging in nerdy hobbies. She is a huge Nancy Drew fan – she even attended a convention (and plans to attend more in the future) and wrote her senior honors thesis on Nancy Drew. Kristen once sang at Carnegie Hall. She is a lover of horror movies and all things ooky-spooky.
