Our rapidly growing agency is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, full-time Project Coordinator to join our team.

We’re looking for someone eager to manage high-level branding, design, and marketing work for an ever-growing roster of clients.

OVERVIEW

The Project Coordinator is a critical link between departments and their team members. Your role is crucial for customer and business success. You’ll work in a fun environment, managing multiple projects and people. We take our work seriously here, but not ourselves.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Set up, plan, and see projects to completion using project management software
  • Help delegate job responsibilities among team members and oversee that quality work is being completed within the deadline(s)
  • See that project work is completed within the established time-line
  • Interact with clients as needed to acquire and distribute feedback, resources, approvals, etc.
  • Manage various kinds of projects (websites, design, marketing campaigns, etc.) across multiple departments for a variety of client businesses simultaneously
  • Work in collaboration with colleagues across different departments

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least three years of project management/coordination experience, preferably in an agency environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Always organized and a stickler for details
  • Have experience managing and coordinating projects (both big picture and small details) from start to finish.
  • Experience and demonstrated proficiency in PM software, preferably Asana
  • Great note taking abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize different tasks
  • Agility to shift priorities and areas of focus as necessary
