Our first step was to conduct a deep dive to understand how the needs of small to medium-sized businesses change over time. Because Next Point’s clients can be in various phases of the business lifecycle, we redesigned the website to clearly outline the multitude of services the firm offers and how those services can be tailored to create a custom strategy for each client project.
The site provides specific examples of actual client results, along with a summary of which Next Point services were combined to achieve that success. We also included robust team bios, showcasing the breadth and depth of their business experience.
In addition to a new layout and design, we updated the copy and produced high quality photos, both of which helped to reinforce the company’s professionalism. The same updated brand presence was carried over to an updated capabilities mailer, a series of direct mail postcards, and a new email template.
